Terms of service

These terms govern use of the WTExcel platform by Way to Excellence. Each customer organisation signs a subscription agreement that sets scope, term and price; these terms apply where that agreement is silent.

Accounts and use

The organisation creates its accounts and manages its users, roles and licences. A user is responsible for keeping sign-in details private; the organisation is responsible for its users' use of the service.

Your data

What an organisation enters in the platform stays its own. We use it only to provide the service as described in the privacy notice, and return or delete it when the subscription ends.

AI features

AI suggestions assist; they do not decide. They stay drafts until a user keeps them, and usage credits are charged at generation as shown in the interface.

Availability and support

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. Service levels and support are set in the subscription agreement.

Liability

The platform is a tool for quality and governance management. It does not replace professional judgement or a regulator's requirements; compliance remains the organisation's responsibility. Limits of liability are set in the subscription agreement.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription as its agreement allows. On termination the organisation gets a period to export its data before deletion.
