This page says what the platform does today. We claim no certification we do not hold; when an independent one is obtained it will be listed here with its date.

Tenant isolation

Each customer organisation lives in its own space. Every query in the platform is scoped to the organisation, and no user can reach another organisation's records.

Access and roles

Password sign-in with secured sessions, and defined roles (company admin, quality manager, risk manager, auditor, contributor, viewer) with licences that decide what each role works on and what it only reads. Sensitive actions are written to an audit log.

Encryption

In transit over TLS. Files are stored with a cloud storage provider encrypted at rest, and served through short-lived signed links or through the platform itself.

Backups

Database backups before every deployment and on a schedule, verified for integrity before they are relied on.

AI features

Only the text a user chooses is sent to the model provider, and results come back as drafts for review. Under the provider's terms your data is not used to train its models.
