This notice explains what we collect when you use the Way to Excellence website and the WTExcel platform, why, and how we keep it.

What we collect

• Demo requests: your name, work email, organisation, its size and your role. Used only to arrange the demo.
• Platform accounts: the user details your organisation creates, and the records, assessments, documents and evidence it enters. Your organisation controls that data; we process it on its behalf.
• Technical data: sign-in logs, network addresses and error reports, to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide, support and secure the service, and to answer your request. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

AI features

Some features send text you choose (for example a corrective action's description) to a language-model provider to produce suggestions. The interface says so at each use, and under the provider's terms your data is not used to train its models.

Sub-processors

We host the service and store files with cloud infrastructure providers, send email through a mail provider, and collect error reports through a monitoring service. The current list is available on request.

Retention and deletion

Platform data is kept while your organisation's account is active and deleted or returned when the contract ends. Demo requests are deleted once the conversation is complete, or after twelve months.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@wtexcellence.com. If you are a user inside a customer organisation, ask its administrator first.
